Documents Required
Requirements (for PRC nationals):
i - Three copies of visa applications duly
filled in and signed by the applicant.
ii - Three copies of recent passport size
photos.
iii - Related documents pertaining to the
visa applied for.
Requirements (For Foreign nationals):
i - Two copies of visa applications duly
filled in and signed by the applicant.
ii - Two copies of recent passport size
photos.
iii - Related documents as per the visa
applied for.
Note:
i - Each visa application is considered
on its merit and the Embassy of India, Beijing may ask for
additional information at any stage during the processing
of the application. The fact that an application has been
made does not guarantee granting visa.
ii - The information provided above is in
general terms and for specific details, concerned officials
in the Consular wing may be contacted.
iii - The visa fee is to be paid in cash.
Office Timings
Applicants can deposit their visa applications at the Visa Hut
situated in the premises of the Embassy from 9.00 AM to 11.30
AM .
All applications need to be completed and signed by the applicant
himself. No incomplete application will be accepted. Applications
can be submitted in person or can be sent through representatives.
Time of collection of visas and passports is from 3.00 PM
to 4.00 PM
